What I do:
- Build a Postman collection from your OpenAPI/Swagger spec, docs or curl samples
- Positive and negative tests: status codes, schema validation, auth, error handling
- Boundary values, required fields, data types, pagination, basic response time checks
- Environments and variables (dev/staging), chained requests and token handling
- Newman command line run with an HTML report
- CI setup (GitHub Actions/GitLab) so tests run on every push (Premium)

Do you test GraphQL?
Yes. Postman supports GraphQL, and I count each query or mutation as one endpoint.
Can you use REST Assured, Playwright API or Python instead?
