Real work: I built the AI automation behind a multilingual online store (4 languages): new products go from a photo to a published, translated product page.
Your chatbot will:
- Answer product, shipping and returns questions from your real store data
- Recommend the right product with a link to buy
- Give order status from WooCommerce or Shopify (Premium)
- Speak English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian and more
- Hand the chat to you when a human is needed, and never invent specs
Privacy first (GDPR): you choose where chats are stored, I tell you exactly which AI provider processes them, I can sign a data processing agreement, and the bot tells customers they are talking to an AI.
On your website, WhatsApp or both. Built with n8n + OpenAI/Claude. Based in Spain. You get the bot, the workflows and a short guide, and you own all of it.

FAQ
Will the bot invent product details?
No. It only answers from your catalog and policies. If the data isn't there, it says so and hands the chat to you.
Is it GDPR compliant?
I tell you where chats are stored and which AI processes them, I can sign a DPA, and the bot discloses it is an AI.
Which platforms?
WooCommerce and Shopify. Other platforms work if they have an API or a product export.
Which languages?
English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian and more.
