Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. I set it up with you on Meta. Meta charges a small fee per conversation, billed to you directly.
Can it work with my booking system?
Standard keeps bookings in a simple calendar. Premium connects to Google Calendar or your booking system when it has an API.
What about allergies and special requests?
The bot answers from your menu info and passes special requests to you. It never promises what your kitchen hasn't confirmed.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Spanish, Russian, French and Italian included. Other languages on request.
