Do you offer reshoots?
We ONLY provide post-production revisions and changes. We aim to communicate any issues we foresee with your shoot ahead of time. However, we do not offer reshoots for "errors" that were not communicated at the beginning of the order.
Can I order before you have my product?
NO! Please message US before you send the product. Also, make sure we have received your product before you place the order.
Do You Return Products?
No, unfortunately, at the volume level that we shoot, we can not manage logistics for returning products via various shipping services or drop-off locations.
