FAQ
Will I need my own AI accounts
Yes, you will need to provide your own API keys from platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Vapi. This keeps you in total control of your business data, usage volume, and billing cycles.
What is the benefit of using n8n for AI workflows instead of traditional tools
n8n features native, deeply integrated Advanced AI and LangChain blocks. Every n8n AI automation is built for speed, saving you from expensive monthly app fees while processing complex data routing without errors.
Can you integrate the n8n AI workflows with my existing CRM
Yes, absolutely. I can connect your custom n8n AI agent directly to major platforms like HubSpot, Lofty, Zoho, or GoHighLevel. This allows the AI to automatically look up client records, update deal stages, or log detailed notes from its tasks without any manual data entry.
What do I need to prepare before we start working together
You will just need to provide a clear explanation of what you want to achieve, access to your n8n or Zapier account, and the API keys for the apps you use (like OpenAI or Vapi). If we are building a RAG knowledge base, you will also need to provide the PDFs or documents you want the AI to read.
Do you host the n8n automation workspace for me
No, I build the workflows directly inside your own cloud account (such as n8n Cloud or Zapier). This ensures you retain 100% full ownership, security, and control over your automation assets and business data at all times.
What happens if an automation gets an error or a tool updates
I build every single workflow with visual error-handling and fallback nodes. This means if a third-party app goes down temporarily, the system won't just break; it will flag the issue safely or retry the step, keeping your backend business operations secure.
Can your n8n workflows automate my social media and video content posting
Yes. The content engines I build can take a core piece of information and automatically generate formatted variations optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, WordPress, or X, and then queue or push them live using pre-built visual app connections.
