About this Gig
Hey there!
I'm Lee, your speech buddy here to help you persuade audiences or land victory in your debates. I've landed many awards in competitions (including championship in the prestigious Habitat Debate Open, 6th CYO-NDC, etc.). Currently, I am the Vice President for Adjudication in Remontados: The Ateneo de Naga University Debate Society.
What sets my debate speeches apart?
Many debate speechwriters struggle with clarity, structure, and logic. They come up of interesting argument/s but fail to mechanize it, deliver impactfully, and tie them back to the winning metric.
As a veteran debater, you can rest assured my speeches flow perfectly, are mechanized fully, and most importantly, one that wins.
What to expect?
- Timely delivery, every time.
- Framing/counter-framing that favors your side.
- Arguments grounded in fact and logic, with 2-3 layers of analysis each, as well as comprehensive impacting.
- Responses that flip your opponents' cases.
- Weighing that is so charitable, your judge will understand how you win even in the best case of your foe.
- Extensions that redirect the debate to you.

FAQ
Do you make speeches with more than 3 arguments?
Absolutely! For a reasonable term, I can write as many arguments for your debate speech. :D
What citation format do you use for in-text citations and the reference list?
I usually use APA 7th edition or Chicago 17th edition. If you need a different one, feel free to let me know. I'll try to work around it.
Do you write speeches with more than 15 citations?
Yes, I love a well-researched speech. For a reasonable rate, I can look for as many credible sources to use as citations for your speech.
What kind of debate speeches do you write?
I generally write 3 kinds of speeches: Proposition Speech, Opposition Speech, and Extension Speech (For more details about these 3, please visit the next FAQs). If you're looking for a different kind of argumentative speech, leave me a chat about your situation or give me some details:D
What is a Proposition Speech?
A proposition speech is generally delivered by someone who wants to start/is-in-control of the debate in order to setup the debate for everyone. It is usually conveyed by the first speaker/initiator of the debate. You have a higher burden of framing the debate (preferably in your favor :D).
What is an Opposition Speech?
An opposition speech is generally delivered by someone who wants to respond/object to another speech/statement. It is usually conveyed by the second and/or succeeding speakers of the debate. You have a higher burden to respond to the one who initiated the debate (preferably in a charitable way :D).
What is an Extension Speech?
An extension speech is generally delivered by someone to support/reinforce a speaker while responding to the one that objected to them. It is usually conveyed by the second proposition/opposition speaker. You have a higher burden to make new, unique analysis, and end the debate (in your favor :D).
