I am Lucas Pereira a formally trained and experienced audio engineer (Musician's Institute, Hollywood, CA - 2011), specializing in mixing and mastering based out of Curitiba, Brazil. I have been working in the music industry for the past 15 years and have worked with hundreds of artists since opening my own studio in 2012. I deliver around 10 to 15 mixes a week from all genres all over the world and now I am bringing my knowledge to users on Fiverr who want to improve their mixes effectively.
My coaching session will focus on foundational techniques that are guaranteed to improve your mixes. I will go over and teach you what you need to know for effective mixes such as:
- Signal flow
- Psychoacoustics
- Processing and effects
- Mixing techniques
- Console theory
- Pro Tools (for those who use Pro Tools)
All my lessons and coaching sessions are taught from my state of the art studio, equipped with two high end analog consoles (SSL Origin and API 1608), selection of analog outboard and pretty much every plugin package available and shot with pristine image and audio quality.

FAQ
What software do you use for calls?
I use Zoom for all my meetings, lessons and coaching sessions. All audio is captured through a dedicated SSL 2+ interface which is used only for the call audio. I also use professional mirrorless cameras for video with a video switcher to allow for multiple angles and let you see what I am doing.
What time slots are available?
I am available from 9 AM to 7:30 PM - São Paulo timezone. If you need to schedule a session outside this timezone I may accommodate to fit your needs if scheduled in advance.
What DAW do you use?
I use Pro Tools but I also have access to Logic if need be. I do recommend Pro Tools for mixing and mastering duties.
Where did you go to audio engineering school?
I went to Musician's Institute and participated in their Guitar Institute of Technology and Audio Engineering programs. I graduated in 2011 with an Audio Post Production focus.
What certifications do you possess?
I have the following Avid Pro Tools certifications: 101, 110 M, 110P, 201, 210M, 210P, 301.
