What if you can't fix my issue?
If I'm unable to resolve your problem after the session, I'll be honest and offer a full refund. I won't waste your time or money.
What do I need before the session?
Just a stable internet connection and the ability to download a small remote access app. For mobile issues, we can troubleshoot via video call or screen share instead.
How long does a session take?
Most issues are resolved within 30–60 minutes. Simple fixes (like a software install or settings change) can take as little as 10–15 minutes. More complex problems may take longer — I'll always keep you updated.
How does remote support work?
Once you place an order, I'll send you a link to download AnyDesk or TeamViewer (free, safe tools). This lets me connect to your screen and fix the issue while you watch. You stay in full control and can end the session at any time.
