I will automate invoice data extraction to CSV with python

Turn repeated invoice entry into a reusable Python workflow. I will build a script that reads one agreed invoice layout and exports up to 10 header fields to CSV.

Included:

- One invoice layout and one CSV column mapping

- Fields such as invoice number, date, supplier, currency and totals

- Testing on up to 5 sample invoices you provide

- Python source code, dependencies and setup instructions

- Basic missing-field checks and one revision within the agreed scope

Text-based PDFs and clear printed scans can be considered after sample review. OCR results depend on document quality and should be reviewed before accounting use.

Please message me with a redacted sample and your required columns before ordering. Remove bank details and personal data that are not needed.

This package does not cover line-item tables, handwriting, multiple layouts, bookkeeping, tax advice, or connections to accounting platforms. New layouts or fields beyond the agreed 10 need a separate scope.

Delivery: 4 days. One revision corrects the agreed extraction and output; it does not add a new workflow.
