Do I need to contact you before ordering?
No, please provide us with the Aliexpress or Amazon product link and your logo (your logo is required for the visual identity of your brand) and that's it! Of course, if it is a more complex project, please feel free to get in touch before ordering.
What is a turnaround time?
The delivery time is currently 2 days. However, there is an additional service for extra fast delivery of 24 hours for a small fee. You can select it upon ordering the package. If there is any specific timeframe needed, kindly get in touch and I will try my best to help depending on my availability.
What changes do Revisions cover?
Revisions mean that you can make small changes to the existent design, if it does not contradict with the initial requirements, but it doesn't mean that you can create an additional design of the video or change the promotional product itself!
What if I am not happy with the final video?

Do you provide the copywriting/caption?
Yes! - Copywriting is one of the biggest factors in making video AD's high-converting. I will provide the copywriting at no extra charge for you.
Can you translate the video in a different language?
Yes, sure. We offer a free translation of the script to any required language. Upon completion of the video in English, I will provide the script in English and can then replace it with a translation in any language, so you end up with two versions of the video to test.
