Turn scattered numbers into a custom Excel workbook that makes daily work and reporting easier.
I build trackers for expenses, inventory, projects and business reporting.
My process:
- Scope: We agree on your inputs, calculations, reports and Excel version.
- Build: I connect the agreed sheets, add up to 10 formulas and clearly mark input cells.
- Check: I test agreed examples and check blank or invalid inputs.
- Deliver: You receive an editable workbook and the guidance included in your package.
Choose your result:
- Basic: One tracking sheet with formulas, formatting and input validation.
- Standard: Linked sheets, 2 charts, a dashboard and model notes.
- Premium: 4+ charts, a printable summary, help sheet and PDF guide.
Delivery: 2 days for Basic or Standard; 3 days for Premium, once requirements are complete.
Charts update from data entered in the workbook. External live connections need a separate scope. Native Google Sheets setup is available as an extra.

FAQ
Can you improve a spreadsheet I already have?
Yes. Send an anonymized copy and explain what should change before ordering. I will review the structure and confirm the right package or custom scope, including which formulas, sheets and reports need work.
Excel or Google Sheets?
The base delivery is an .xlsx workbook for your agreed Excel version. Native Google Sheets setup is a US$15 extra. Tell me before ordering if you use LibreOffice so I can assess compatibility; formulas, charts and formatting can vary between apps.
Is my data safe?
I use your files only for the agreed work and will not publish them or use them as portfolio samples without permission. You can send anonymized or dummy data and replace it with your real data after delivery.
What if a formula breaks after delivery?
I correct reproducible errors in the agreed deliverable. Send the file, steps and expected result so I can check it against our agreed examples. New features, changed requirements or issues caused by later edits are separate work.
What level of customization is possible?
Inputs, labels, formulas, layout and charts can be tailored within your package. Send a sample and your required calculations. I will confirm the scope before you order; additional sheets, formulas or integrations can be quoted separately.
Can I request a specific theme?
Yes. Share your preferred colours, logo and a style example. I will adapt the workbook layout, headings and charts within the agreed package and Excel formatting options. Please send these details before work begins.
