FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Just your website URL, business FAQs, service details, and any documents or information you want the chatbot to use. I’ll use your approved information to configure the AI knowledge base and conversation flow.
Can I update the chatbot responses later?
Yes. I build organized workflows in Botpress or Voiceflow so your chatbot can be updated as your business information, services, or FAQs change. I can also provide guidance on making future updates.
