Each copyright comes with a Transfer Of Copyrights document outlining the scope of the copyright transfer, restrictions & caveats, as well as information regarding trademarks.

What are commercial use rights? Part 1
It's important to note US copyright law here: copyright is the exclusive right to control reproduction and commercial exploitation of your creative work. I own the copyrights to the original designs and can choose how the designs are used.
What are commercial use rights? Part 2
Basically, I'm ONLY giving you the right to reproduce my work. It cannot be modified unless I say so. Modifying my design is copyright infringement and can get you in serious legal trouble. If you would like to purchase the full copyrights from me, please select that gig extra with your order.
So who owns the copyrights?
According to US Copyright Law, the designer automatically owns all rights to the work they do. Anything I make = my copyright. I own the exclusive right to control reproduction and commercial exploitation of my creative work, and Fiverr's TOS won't protect you from the law.
Why would I want the full copyrights to my design?
Simple answer: To make changes. Commercial use rights only allow you to reproduce my work without changing it. If you wanted to change colors, add text, whatever, you'd need permission from me first. Changes without consent mean I issue a takedown order for copyright infringement or file a lawsuit.
How many designs are included with Copyright Transfer?
Only one design is included. If you ordered multiple designs and want the copyrights for all of them, please let me know so I can send a custom offer or add additional Copyright Transfers to your order.
