Either is fine! I can work from a written description, hand-sketch/picture, or full brief. I’ll ask clarifying questions to ensure accuracy.
Can you create a 3D model or rendered views?
This gig focuses on 2D plans and master layouts. If you need 3D modelling or high-end photorealistic renderings, we can discuss a custom offer.
Can the design be scaled for planning submission?
Yes. If you provide survey data or existing measured plans, I can design to scale and include scale bar, north arrow, legend as required.
What if I need more than the defined floor plans or zones?
