I will audit and fix your woocommerce store speed in 48 hours

About this gig
A store that just moved from Shopify to WooCommerce usually carries the leftovers: old app scripts still firing, duplicate redirects, oversized theme images and no object cache. That is where most of the lost seconds sit, and it is the first thing I check.
I work in one order: measure, fix only what the measurement proves, then show you the before/after.
What you get:
- Mobile and desktop Lighthouse baseline on your homepage, a category page and a product page (LCP, CLS, INP, total JS/CSS, image payload, third-party scripts)
- A prioritised fix list naming the exact plugin, script or file responsible
- Fixes implemented on your staging copy or a child theme
- A change log with every file and setting touched, plus a rollback point
- Before/after screenshots and the raw Lighthouse JSON
What I do not do: promise a score, redesign your store, or add features. Speed only.
Typical fixes: image compression, lazy loading, font subsetting and preload, unused CSS/JS removal, deferring non-critical JS, leftover app scripts, WooCommerce object caching, autoloaded options, cart-fragment calls.
Send me your URL for a free 3-point check before you order.

FAQ
Do you guarantee a PageSpeed score?
No. Scores move with test conditions and third-party scripts you may not control. I guarantee the fix list is implemented, measured before and after, and documented, not a number.
Will you work on my live site?
I ask for a staging copy or a full backup first, and I keep a rollback point. If neither exists, I work in a child theme and give you a restore note.
My store is on Shopify, not WooCommerce.
Same workflow. Shopify fixes are theme code, app scripts, image sizes and font loading; I do not touch checkout.
What if the fixes do not help?
The audit is the deliverable. If the baseline shows the bottleneck is outside my scope (hosting, a custom app), I say so in the report instead of billing for guesswork.
