Which platforms do you support?
Amazon (FBA and FBM), Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, WooCommerce, plus Stripe, PayPal and standard bank accounts.
QuickBooks or Xero?
Both. We're QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified and experienced with Xero. If you have neither, we can set one up for you (see gig extras).
How do you count a "transaction"?
One bank/credit card line item. Marketplace payouts imported via A2X count as one settlement each, not per order, which keeps your cost down.
Do you work with A2X or Link My Books?
Yes. We set up and map A2X so Amazon and Shopify payouts post accurately, including fees, refunds and sales tax.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. We work through accountant-access invites (no passwords needed) and can sign an NDA on request.
Can you handle my books every month going forward?
Yes, most of our clients are monthly. After your first order I'll send a fixed monthly custom offer based on your actual volume.
My books are 2 years behind. Can you fix that?
