Which platforms do you support?
We support WooCommerce (WordPress) and Shopify stores. We also work with most themes, page builders, plugins and apps. If you use another platform, message us first and we will let you know if we can help.
Do you need access to my store?
Yes. For WooCommerce we need WordPress admin access, and for Shopify we need Staff or Collaborator access. We recommend creating a separate user for us, which you can remove anytime after the order ends. Hosting or FTP access may be needed for some tasks like restoring backups or fixing server error
Is custom development or new features included?
Monthly maintenance covers upkeep, fixes and small updates. New features, custom plugins, redesigns or large changes are quoted separately as a Gig Extra or custom offer.
Do you fix issues related to checkout, payments or shipping?
Yes. We test the full checkout flow regularly and fix problems with payment gateways, shipping methods, taxes, emails and order processing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you use Fiverr's subscription option, you can cancel before the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts.
Will you take a backup before making any changes?
Always. We take a full backup of your files and database before every update or major change, so your store can be restored quickly if anything goes wrong.
What if my site is hacked or infected with malware?
Message us right away. We can scan, clean malware, remove backdoors, and secure your store. Severe hacks may need extra time, and we will tell you upfront if a custom offer is needed.
Will updates break my store or design?
We test updates carefully, and use a staging site when needed for major changes. If something does break, we restore from the backup and fix the conflict.
Can you speed up my slow online store?
Yes. We optimize images, caching, database, scripts and plugins to improve load time. Results depend on your hosting, theme and plugins, and we will advise you if a hosting upgrade is needed.
How fast will you respond to my messages?
Response times depend on your package: 48 hours for Basic, 24 hours for Standard and 12 hours for Premium. Most messages get a reply much sooner.
