This service I am offering is for implementation of Microsoft Intune to manage your devices. Management of devices includes both mobile (Android, iOS) and Windows devices. This project is for cloud only device management and not a hybrid configuration. Please contact me if you would like to discuss implementing a hybrid scenario with your on-prem domain.

My process:

First step we will take together is discussing what the outcome should be, talk about policies, applications and other protections we need to implement to come up with a full project plan.

Second step will be policy creation and testing. This will include testing on my side as well as your side to confirm functionality. Once we are satisfied with the outcome, we will move to the implementation phase.

Implementation phase will include a pilot group to monitor and get any feedback, I normally limit this phase to a 1 week span of time and then we move forward to general implementation where we begin pushing changes to the rest of the org.

Once complete, I will provide you with documentation for managing Intune as well as have a 1x1 to go over basic information to be an admin.
