I will do roofing xactimate estimates for insurance supplements

We will create line itemed estimates on Xactimate to be used as a supplement to the insurance carrier for residential roof claims. We are familiar with IRC and IBC code books and will use code, manufacturer specifications and your documentation of the property to increase the total claim amount. Depending on the package you select we can also be the one to negotiate the Estimate with the insurance carrier. Please do not order before discussing your needs with us. Because insurance carriers can widely vary on time frame on agreeing to an estimate, we have a set time of 60 days delivery this however can fluctuate up or down depending on the speed of the insurance company.
