What files will I receive with my order?
Depending on your package, you will receive watertight .STL and .OBJ files which are the industry standard for 3D printing slicing softwares (like Cura, Chitubox, or Lychee). For the Premium package, you will also receive the native source files (.ZTL or .Blend).
What does "Keying and Splitting" mean, and do I need it?
Keying and splitting means cutting a large or complex 3D model into multiple interlocking parts (like a puzzle with male/female joints). This is highly recommended for large statues or complex poses because it reduces the need for supports, prevents printing failures, and allows you to print pieces
Can you fix or optimize an existing 3D file that I already have?
Yes! If you have a 3D model that is failing to print, has open holes (non-manifold geometry), or needs to be hollowed out with resin drainage holes, please send me a message. I can check the file and give you a custom quote to repair and optimize it for printing.
Do your models include commercial rights to sell the 3D prints?
The Basic, Standard, and Premium packages are for Personal Use Only (you can print it for yourself or as a gift). If you plan to sell the physical prints on Etsy, Kickstarter, or your own store, you must purchase the Commercial License via Gig Extras during checkout. Note: You are never allowed to
