📝 Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, I accept custom orders. If the available packages don't fit your exact needs, I can create a tailored offer based on your requirements.
🛠️ Do you do edits of existing websites? Complete redesigns? Migrations?
Heavily depends on the website and amount of work as I mainly specialize in building websites from scratch. However, you can freely ask me and I will 100% respond.
🧾 What do you need from me?
At minimum, I need a clear idea and description of your project, but even a vague idea is enough if you're willing to refine it together. Any additional details, such as a preferred color palette or style references, will help speed up the process and allow more time for quality work and revisions.
☁️ Do you provide hosting and domain (including installation & management)?
I provide hosting and domain services, including installation and management, but these are offered separately. I can also provide hosting as a standalone service, without the need to order a website. Freely ask for additional information.
⏰ How long will delivery take?
My delivery times are set longer than average time-to-delivery to ensure quality and client satisfaction. However, delivery before the stated deadline is very probable.
🧵 Will you create a custom design for my website?
That is the entire premise of my gig! I aim to create unique designs for each of my clients. Consequently, it takes longer than platform average for me to deliver websites as I wish to avoid templates and AI-generated suggestions.
📈 Mobile-friendly, responsive design, SEO & speed optimization?
Yes. By default, every website I deliver includes mobile-friendly responsive design, SEO optimization, and speed optimization, whether from a package or a custom order. If especially advanced optimizations are required, we can discuss the requirements through chat.
🧰 Can I edit the content myself? Post-delivery support?
You will have full access to edit your website content yourself at your own discretion. Any additional maintenance and support post launch is offered separately.
🧩 Do you provide plugins or do I need to buy them?
I provide standard plugins as needed. For premium or very specific plugins, you will need to purchase them separately: either manually (recommended) or through order extras.
🛡️ Do you provide cybersecurity and backups?
Standard security measures for websites are included by default. Advanced measures are included for clients who choose my management services.
