What size design artboard do you use?
We usually use A3 portrait size as standard size. If you want other sizes, please contact us first / tell us in the order notes. Otherwise, we will use A3 portrait size.
I placed the order but didn't fill in the design brief. Now what?
We cannot work on orders without initial information. We will ask you for the brief, but if you don't have an answer by the deadline. We will send you a random image to complete the order / request for order cancellation and you will get a refund.
Can I ask how the project is progressing while it is ongoing?
Yes, of course. We will send you screenshots of the design/project process.
Can it be used for commercial use?
