FAQ
What is the difference between Lottie and Rive?
Lottie is great for playing animations (like a video) on the web/apps using JSON. Rive is newer and allows for interaction, meaning the animation can change based on mouse position, game health, or scrolling, using a State Machine.
What do you deliver?
For Lottie: A .json file (and HTML demo file). For Rive: A .riv file (and source link).
Can you convert my GIF to Lottie?
I cannot convert a pixel GIF directly. I have to recreate the animation using vector shapes to make it a Lottie. This ensures it is high quality.
