I will be your trainerize expert setup workout program everfit truecoach trainerize

Running your coaching platform manually eats hours every week, onboarding clients, chasing signed agreements, assigning programs, and tracking check-ins one by one. I build the systems that make it run itself.

I set up Trainerize, Everfit, or TrueCoach so your client journey happens automatically, from the moment someone pays to the moment they start their first program:

• Full platform setup and configuration
• Custom client onboarding flows, branded to look professional
• Automated e-signed agreements sent the moment a client purchases
• Program delivery and scheduling with no manual assignment
• Automated check-in sequences so no client falls through the cracks
• Integration with payment tools, calendars, or CRMs where needed

Whether you're just starting to coach online or scaling past 1-to-1 clients, I build this once so you can duplicate the same experience for every new client without redoing the setup.

I scope the build around how you actually coach first, so what I deliver fits your business, not a generic template. You'll know exactly what's included before you order.

Message me with your platform and where you're at, and I'll map the fastest path to a fully automated setup.
