What is the length of the audio/video file i can submit?
The file can be of any length, but if you want more than 60 minutes, we will have to create a custom order for you. It's simple and fast, you just need to contact me with the details.
My file size is big, what do i do?
Not a problem, you can always use platform such as Dropbox, Google drive, Onedrive, Wetransfer, etc.
How accurate is the final delivered piece of transcription?
Very accurate - Up to 100% accuracy rate. I have a system in place where I proofread the file several times before submission.
What format will the file be delivered in?
Usually i deliver in Microsoft word formats (.doc, .docx ) however i can accommodate any other format as well as per your preference.
How do I place an order?
