I do your day to day bookkeeping in bexio: every invoice, receipt and bank transaction recorded, categorized and reconciled, month after month. When year-end comes, your books are already complete and your fiduciary can start closing instead of sorting.
WHAT I DO
- Record and categorize all income and expenses in bexio
- Reconcile every entry against your bank statement
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices
- Organize and file your receipts
- Keep private and business transactions properly separated
- Send you a short monthly summary and flag anything unclear

SCOPE
Year-end closing, tax and VAT filings stay with your licensed fiduciary, and I do not execute payments. Everything leading up to that is mine.

FAQ
Do I need to have bexio already?
No. If you are starting from scratch, I can set it up for you, including your chart of accounts and bank feed. Add the setup extra or message me first.
Do you replace my fiduciary?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who says they do. I handle the ongoing bookkeeping. Your fiduciary handles the year-end closing, tax and VAT filings, and carries the professional liability for them. Clean books from me mean fewer billable hours from them.
Can you handle payments or payroll?
I prepare and document payment requests for your approval, but I never execute transfers myself. Payroll I take on for Swiss businesses only, since the rules differ per country.
How do I send you my documents?
Whatever works for you: a shared folder, email, or directly into bexio. I will tell you exactly what I need after our first message.
What if my records are a mess?
That is normal and it is what the Catch Up package is for. Send me what you have and I will tell you honestly how much work it is before you order.
