FAQ
Can you use a specific song in my video?
Most songs are protected by copyright laws. However, you can always share with me songs you like to search for similar songs that are licensed for use! Or let me know if this edit is for personal purposes and this will not affect our final project
Can you edit a video in another language than English?
I usually only edit videos in English and Spanish due to how complex video editing is. However, this is evaluated on a per-project basis. Feel free to reach out and ask to see if I can do it!
Can I get the source files to my video?
I am more than happy to provide the project source files AFTER you have marked your project as complete. Please note that I use a few paid plugins, which may cause some problems if you do not have access to those plugins.
What software do you use to edit your videos?
I use Adobe Premiere Pro, for video editing, After Effects if we need complex VFX or transitions on edit, and Audition if I need to enhance the sounds and voices better.
What counts as a revision?
If I make a mistake (spelling, editing error, etc.) then of course I will fix it for free and it will not count as a revision! Otherwise, any requested changes count as a revision, so please be sure to clarify all the changes at once to prevent unnecessary revisions.
Do I have to contact you before placing the order?
Yes. It is always a good idea to contact me before placing the order directly on my packages because sometimes I may need to extensively discuss your order requirements with you and then send you a custom offer accordingly to ensure that you are satisfied with final delivery.
How can I send my files to you?
I can share to you 30 GB of cloud space on Google Drive if you need or send me a Shareable Google Drive link is the best way since it's the fastest way for me to download and get started on your project.
Will you update me during the editing process?
Yes. Feedback is the most important part of my creative process, so I will make sure that you are up to date with the current edit.
