What do I need to send to start my project?
Send your floor plan, CAD file, sketch or reference photos. Also tell me your preferred style, colors and materials. If you only have an idea, message me and I will guide you.
Can you work from a 2D plan or sketch?
Yes. I can build the 3D model from a 2D plan, hand sketch or reference photo, then add materials, lighting and furniture. The more detail you share, the closer the result will be.
Do you work on both interior and exterior projects?
Yes. I do exterior design for houses, villas and commercial buildings, and interior visuals for rooms like living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and offices.
I already have a 3D model. Can you improve it?
Yes. The Basic package is for edits and re-renders. I can change materials, lighting, camera angle, colors or furniture in your existing model and deliver a fresh HD render.
Which software files can you open?
I can work with common formats like SKP, 3DS, OBJ, FBX and CAD files. If your file type is different, message me before ordering and I will confirm it.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 2 revision, Standard 3 and Premium 5. Revisions cover changes to the agreed design. A completely new design or new views would need a new order or custom offer.
What is the render resolution?
Basic and Standard are delivered in HD. Premium renders are delivered in 4K, which suits printing, client presentations and portfolios.
Do you provide the source file?
Source files are included in the Premium package only. If you need the source file with Basic or Standard, message me first and I can quote it as an extra.
Can you add furniture, landscape and people?
Yes. Standard and Premium include the environment, furniture and people for scale and realism. Tell me your style and I will match it.
