How soon will I recieve my audio files ?
Standard delivery for up to 300 words is within 24 hours from the time you place your order. I am often able to accommodate Same-Day Delivery requests, but please message me to coordinate. (Additional fee applies)
Do I need to purchase commercial rights ?
If you intend to use the voice over for corporate, promotional and non-broadcast purposes, you will need to purchase Commercial Rights. Examples of this include, email campaigns or social media, explainer videos and podcast intros.
What does split files mean ?
In case you have multiple sections of audio in your project that you would like as individual files, I can record all the audio at once, then deliver it to you in split files. This eliminates the need for you to separate the audio on your own.
What if I want to make a revision to the delivered audio ?
If you need a Revision I will certainly allow you two for free, but after there will be a charge. I want all my customers to be satisfied with the final product, so please message me to discuss proposed changes.
