FAQ
What is your revision policy?
We only offer free revisions if we made a mistake (misread script, audio/video error, etc). All other revision requests will be charged depending on what needs to be redone, in accordance with our regular pricing. Help me to help you, give me as much detail as you can to help avoid revisions!
What information should I include with my order?
Please submit your finalized script, outfit choice, background choice, logo if needed, and aspect ratio choice (16:9,9:16,etc.). If you opted for background music, video split, extra outfit, or add text/image, please include details of how you would like those extras.
How soon will I receive my delivery?
I record videos every Wednesday EST, any orders placed after WED 11AM EST will be recorded the following Wednesday. Your completed video will most likely be delivered on Wed or Thurs. I offer 24 hour delivery for an extra fee, please select at checkout if needed.
What types of videos will you NOT do?
I won't record ANY testimonials, religious, political, illegal, adult-only content, or Fiverr gig videos. I will also not make any false claims (e.g: "this law firm helped me win my case.")
How much of your body will be in frame?
Our standard shot is from the hips and up, however we can provide a closer shot (like a headshot) if you'd prefer.
What equipment do you use?
We use a Sony A6600 with a 30mm lens, a Sennheiser MKE 600 microphone, all in a fixed studio environment featuring a green screen, proper lighting and soudproofing.
