Captions are Clean Verbatim by default, meaning, they do not include fillers (such as, "entonces, bueno, sabes, es decir, este, eh, emm, uh, y", etc.) nor they include stutters and false starts. Text is transcribed to ensure context and readability.

There are instances where you want all words, stutters, false starts and fillers to be displayed. This is the case of Trials, Declarations, Interrogatories, Insurance Calls, etc. To order Full Verbatim captions select the additional Service "Verbatim"

All of these are words that do not add meaning to the sentence itself. Speakers usually pronounce them as they go about finding the words during a conversation. Some stutters include, “Eh, emm, ah, etc,” or even repeat the same word twice or more. These are not included in Clean Verbatim.

I've been working with captions for years now, it's not a problem for me to convert the file to whatever format you need. Just contact me before ordering to allow me to do my research in regards to the file you need.

It shouldn't be a problem since I'm very much familiarized with the different accents. However, if the accent is very heavy, I might need some extra time to fully transcribe and complete my work.
