FAQ
Can you move my Substack subscribers to beehiiv without losing my audience?
I can export and organize your eligible Substack subscribers, map supported subscriber fields, and import them into beehiiv. I'll review accepted and rejected import records and preserve available subscription-status information. Actual acceptance depends on beehiiv's import rules, so I cannot guara
Can you migrate my old Substack newsletter posts?
Yes. I can use beehiiv's supported Substack content migration process and review imported posts. Some content types, including comments, certain media elements, and original paywall placements, may not transfer automatically. The number of posts covered depends on your package.
Can you set up welcome emails for my existing and new subscribers?
Yes. I can configure a beehiiv welcome automation for new subscribers. For imported subscribers, I'll use supported import-enrollment or manual-enrollment options when appropriate, rather than assuming the normal signup trigger will automatically include them.
Do I need a paid beehiiv account?
beehiiv supports certain publication and subscriber migration features on its free plan. However, multi-step automation workflows require an eligible paid plan. The Standard and Premium packages therefore require appropriate automation access.
Can you also migrate my paid Substack subscribers?
Paid subscriber migration is possible through beehiiv's supported Stripe migration process, but it requires additional care with subscription tiers, payment arrangements, and billing. It's not included in the listed packages. Please message me for a separate project assessment.
