FAQ
How do you ensure your identity isn't compromised during the audit?
Total discretion is my priority. I blend in naturally as a standard customer, strictly following a realistic shopping scenario without drawing any attention. I never reveal my true purpose to the staff, and I complete all evaluation notes privately after leaving the location.
Do I need to cover the cost of any purchases made during the assignment?
Yes. If the assignment requires a purchase (e.g., ordering a meal, buying a specific product, or testing a return policy), the cost of the item must be covered by you. We will agree on a set budget before the gig begins, and all official receipts will be provided with my final report.
Can you focus on specific areas or employees that I am concerned about?
Absolutely. Prior to the shop, we will discuss your specific goals. Whether you want to test a new upsell strategy, evaluate standard opening/closing procedures, or check on customer service quality during specific shifts, I will customize my evaluation checklist to focus heavily on those areas.
