Will I lose my Google rankings?
No. I carry over URL structure, meta titles and descriptions, and set 301 redirects on any URL that changes so link equity follows

Do I need my own Webflow account?
Yes - I build in your workspace or transfer the project to you on delivery so you own it fully.
What about hosting?

Will it look exactly the same?
By default yes. If you'd like design improvements during the rebuild, tell me before we start and I'll quote it.
