What do you need to get started?
To begin, I need your logo (PNG, AI, or EPS), images (high-resolution), text content, folder dimensions, and if possible, your printer's template. This helps ensure the design fits perfectly with your print requirements.
What size do you design for?
The standard size is 9" x 12", but I can design for any custom size—just provide the exact dimensions or printer template when placing the order.
Will the inside pockets be designed as well?
Yes! The design of the inside pockets is included in all packages. If you want custom design on the inner side panels (above the pockets), that can be added as an extra.
Can you deliver on weekends?
Weekend delivery (Friday–Sunday) is available only with the “Weekend Delivery” extra. Please contact me first to confirm availability before placing an urgent order over the weekend.
What file formats will I receive?
You’ll get print-ready PDF and JPEG files (300 DPI, CMYK), plus editable source files like AI or PSD upon request.
