I've been using apps like Trainerize and more for 6+ years to deliver workout programs to my clients. It's a great way to give the all the important information in one place, including exercise demo videos and movement tips (so clients aren't constantly messaging you "How do you do this?").
The ability to track their reps and progress in real-time allows you to instantly see their results and give feedback, while also motivating them to continue.

As a certified personal trainer, I can easily input your strength training, circuits, intervals, supersets, tabata, HIIT, and more programs into Trainerize, PTDistinction, Everfit, MyPTHub, TrueCoach, and more. These includes sets, reps, rest times, video selection, and an additional note.

FAQ
What exercises videos will you use?
By default, I will use what's available in the Trainerize or PTDisctinction libraries; if there are none that match, it will be blank. You will get a list of blank exercises so you may go in an upload them later.
Do you schedule the workouts?
Yes. If your program is set up as "3 workouts a week for 4 weeks", I will schedule it as such.
Can you write a program?
Program writing is NOT included in this gig; I only convert your workouts from a document into the app. If you'd like a workout program written for you, please see my other Gigs :)
Do you copy workouts to other software ?
I ONLY offer workout transfers for: Trainerize, PTDistinction, Everfit, MyPTHub, TrueCoach, and Kahunas. I no longer offer this service for other platforms.
