I will draw a garage conversion permit plan and adu plot plan
Brook
About this gig
Transforming an underutilized garage into a fully functional accessory dwelling unit, home office, or guest suite requires clear and accurately scaled technical layouts to pass municipal building reviews. Submitting a confusing sketch to your local building department will result in immediate permit rejections and months of frustrating project delays. This technical drafting service converts your raw garage dimensions, rough layout ideas, or property survey documents into neatly formatted, black-and-white drawings ready for your permit application submission.
This specialized service focuses on illustrating the structural transformation of your existing garage footprint into an optimized residential living space. The final layout incorporates the precise placement of new partition walls, door openings, window integrations, insulation boundaries, and closet spaces based entirely on the measurements you supply. It delivers a highly readable, scaled visual package tailored for homeowners, real estate investors, and contractors who need to present their conversion layout to city officials or neighborhood review boards.

I now have the UPCs, pricing, inventory quantities, and product dimensions/weights needed for the listings. I'll use the information you've provided along with the existing Artimud listing and the Amazon product pages as references when creating Hoof-Stuff, Field Paste, and HydroHoof.
I'll begin preparing the listings and will let you know if I need any additional information during the process.

FAQ
What happens if the city examiner requests a minor modification to the layout?
If your local building department reviews the drawing set and asks for a layout adjustment, a wall shift, or extra dimension annotations, you can send their formal correction list directly to me. I will use the package's included revision cycles to update your drawings to match their feedback.
Can you draw both the interior conversion layout and the exterior property plot plan?
Yes. The standard and premium packages include both the internal garage layout modifications and a basic external plot plan to show how the garage sits on your property lines, which city permit offices usually require to verify parking spaces.
