Your workflow will:

Basic: 1 price list, 1 template, up to 200 source rows.
Standard: 2 price lists, 1 template, up to 1,000 source rows and a review report.
Premium: 3 price lists, 2 templates, up to 3,000 source rows and a review report.
You receive a reusable local tool, a tested sample output and setup instructions. Each source uses one fixed layout. Row limits are combined across sources per run.

What do you need before I order?
Please send anonymized sample price lists, your quotation template and a short explanation of your matching, quantity, currency and calculation rules. I will confirm the scope and the required local setup before you order.
Which file formats are included?
Packages cover structured XLSX or CSV price lists and an editable Excel quotation template. Each source uses one fixed layout. PDF, Word, scans, photos, OCR and other output formats need sample review and a separate custom offer.
What happens when an item or price cannot be matched?
Missing, duplicate or ambiguous matches are flagged for your review. Prices are taken from the supplied sources using the agreed matching rules. Missing prices are not invented, and ambiguous matches are not silently accepted.
What will I receive?
A reusable local automation tool for the agreed workflow, a tested sample quotation and setup instructions. We agree on the operating environment before ordering. Hosting, email or CRM connections and third-party subscriptions are outside these packages.
How do the package limits work?
Basic covers 1 source and 200 source rows; Standard 2 sources and 1,000 rows; Premium 3 sources and 3,000 rows. These are combined rows per run. Standard includes 1 Excel template and Premium 2. You can reuse the tool with new data in the agreed layouts.
What does a revision include?
A revision adjusts the agreed mapping, calculations or output layout within the purchased scope. Additional file layouts, new integrations, extra templates and major workflow changes require a separate agreement.
