Both are welcome. I work with people who are completely new to the field and with seasoned SEs who want to accelerate. The coaching just looks different depending on where you are. If you're not sure which package fits your situation, message me before booking and we'll figure it out together.
How does the session work?
We meet via video call at a time that works for you. Before the session I'll ask you to share your resume and a brief overview of your goals so we can hit the ground running. No prep beyond that is required — just show up ready to have an honest conversation.
How quickly can we schedule after I book?
Typically within 2-3 business days. I keep my calendar accessible and respond to messages quickly.
