Do you work remotely?
Yes. I provide the service remotely using a secure remote-support session that you approve.
Do I need to give you my password?
No. Never send me your Windows, email, Steam, or other account passwords.
Can you remove viruses or malware?
I can perform security checks and help troubleshoot and remove unwanted or potentially harmful software where appropriate.
Can you increase my FPS?
I can optimize your PC and game settings and troubleshoot FPS or stuttering issues. However, I cannot guarantee a specific FPS increase.
Will you delete my personal files?
No. I will not delete personal files unless you specifically request and authorize it.
What do you need from me before starting?
Tell me what problem you're experiencing and provide basic PC information such as your CPU, GPU, RAM and Windows version.
Can you fix any PC problem?
I can help with many Windows performance and gaming issues, but some hardware faults or advanced problems may require an in-person technician.
Is my privacy protected?
Yes. I only access what is necessary for the service and will not intentionally view or access private files or accounts.
