What exactly do you deliver?
I deliver a fully configured Vapi Agent, integrated with a robust n8n workflow. This includes the ready-to-deploy n8n workflow file (.json) and the optimal Vapi Agent configuration (Prompt, Tools, Model settings) necessary for reliable, real-time voice automation.
Do I need an existing Vapi account and n8n setup?
Yes. My service focuses on the automation and integration, not setting up your core accounts. You must have active accounts with Vapi and n8n (or be ready to set them up). I will guide you on where to deploy the finished components.
What external systems can n8n connect to?
n8n offers thousands of integrations. Common connections include Google Sheets, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Twilio (for SMS), and any system with a functional API. If your system has an API, it can be integrated.
How do I choose between the Basic, Standard, and Premium tiers?
Choose based on the complexity of the action you need the bot to perform. Basic is for simple data capture (e.g., logging a lead). Standard is for transactional tasks (e.g., real-time calendar booking). Premium is for multi-step processes involving conditional logic or database lookups.
Are Vapi and n8n usage costs included in your price?
No, my price covers my service fees for development and configuration only. You are responsible for all ongoing usage fees charged by Vapi, n8n, and any third-party APIs (like your CRM or calendar system).
How do you handle security and data privacy?
All sensitive data is processed within your own n8n instance (either Cloud or Self-Hosted) and never stored by me. I follow best practices for secure API key management and focus on passing only necessary, masked information between Vapi and n8n.
What if the integration breaks after delivery?
All tiers include a guaranteed support period (e.g., 7 days, specified in the tier) to fix any issues arising from my implementation work. Post-support, maintenance is available on an hourly or retainer basis.
Can the agent be customized with a specific voice or persona?
Yes, absolutely. The Vapi agent setup includes selecting from the available Text-to-Speech (TTS) voices and customizing the agent's tone, personality, and prompt for your brand.
