Do you provide raw footage?
Yes, for an additional fee I can send you all of the raw footage for the project.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, depending on the package you've purchased, I offer 1-2 revisions per video. Please note, I only do revisions for errors made on my end. If you need a revision due to wanting a change in script or tone, there will be a fee.
How do revisions work?
Each order includes 1 or 2 round of minor revisions (text changes, trims, pacing). Revisions do not include reshoots, new concepts, new hooks, or preference changes. Additional revisions require a paid add-on or new order. Revision requests must be made before the order is marked as complete.
How does paid ad usage work?
Paid ad usage is included only for the selected duration. Extended usage requires an add-on.
Do you post the content to your personal platforms?
No, content is delivered to you unposted. I do not share on personal platforms.
Can my agency or media buyer access the content?
No third-party usage unless approved and licensed in writing.
Do you film in natural light?
Yes, I live in sunny California and almost always have access to flattering natural light.
Where do you film your videos?
I can film in my home, in my yard, or in my car. I am willing to drive to other locations (mountains, woods, beach, etc) for a travel fee.
