I will create plumbing set plans plumbing riser and dwv mechanical and electrical plan

About this gig
Hello,
A plumbing pass set needs more than fixtures placed on a floor plan. The water supply, sanitary drainage, vents, pipe routes and riser information need to make sense as one system.
I create plumbing pass set plans for residential projects, remodels, additions, ADUs and similar building work.
Depending on the package, the drawings can cover:
Plumbing fixture layouts
Hot and cold water supply
Sanitary drainage and DWV plans
Waste and vent routing
Plumbing riser diagrams
Isometric plumbing drawings
Pipe routing and connections
Plumbing notes and drawing organization
The Basic package is kept simple for a small plumbing layout. Standard covers the main water, drainage and riser information. Premium is the complete option for a fuller pass drawing set with additional plumbing details and coordination.
I can draft from architectural plans and existing CAD/PDF information and organize the plumbing information for pass submission or construction documentation.
For projects involving specific city/AHJ requirements, the drawing scope can be aligned with the applicable jurisdiction before the set is finalized.
Thank you.

FAQ
Will you design the plumbing system or only draw what is already there?
Both are possible. For a new layout, the plumbing system can be planned from the architectural arrangement rather than simply tracing fixture locations.
What happens if the city rejects the plumbing drawings?
Permit comments can be reviewed and the affected plumbing sheets can be revised to address the plan-check comments.
Can the plumbing drawings work with an existing house instead of a new build?
Yes. Remodels and additions often require working around existing supply, drainage, vent and structural conditions. Those existing conditions can be reflected in the new layout where they are known.
Do you include pipe sizing and slopes, or just show lines on the drawing?
The appropriate pipe information can be shown where required by the project scope. Drainage slopes, pipe sizes, fixture connections and vent routing should be coordinated.
