About this gig

Every sewing machine housing has to answer to its internals before it answers to style needle bar travel, bobbin access, tension assembly, and motor clearance all set the boundaries the shell has to work within.

My process starts there. I build the casing, control layout, and internal clearances around the actual mechanism, then shape the ergonomics on top: handle position, pedal geometry, dial placement details that decide whether a machine feels good after twenty minutes of use, not just in a photo.

By the end you'll have a model ready to hand to an engineer or a manufacturer, not just a designer's sketch.
