About this gig
I can teach and/or make custom Max/MSP patches for music production, sound design, performance, and art installations.
I have been using Ableton for over 20 years, Max/msp for over 10 year and a bass player for more than both combined. I have a BA in Jazz Performance and a MA in Computer Music. My whole life, professionally and personally, has centered around sound.
I can create:
- stand alone apps for performance or art installations
- max4live plug ins for Ableton
- objects in max for everyday use
- patches for the Daisy and Rebel Technology external hardware devices
- using gen~ / RNBO for use in hardware
I can empower you via one-on-one zoom classes to make your own patches better and also understand audio processes so you can move forward in building your dream devices.

That sounds very interesting. We will have to talk about the technical ramifications of your idea and how much time it will take to create. Some things are simple and some are quite hard. But we can work it out together and figure out something super cool that works for you!

No problem! I can make a patch that can help. One example of this is a type of random generation. One that uses pi or other irrational numbers to generate new numbers. One that uses your keystrokes to generate a new numbers or lists. Or converting text to numbers or rhythms.
