I clean and merge Excel, CSV, JSON, XML and other text data into one checked file for your CRM, shop or mailing tool. Agreed rules govern duplicates and joins; leading zeros stay; unclear dates, phones and IDs are flagged, not guessed.

What you get:
- one clean file in Excel, CSV or JSON; every row shows where it came from (file, sheet, row)
- counts that add up: every input row kept, set aside as a duplicate or left for your decision; merges show matched and unmatched rows
- a change log with counts; in Standard and Premium, near matches for your approval
- in Premium, a VBA or Python script for the same input layout, tested on your sample

Which file types do you take?
Excel workbooks and any text-based file, including CSV, TSV, JSON, XML, TXT and text database dumps. Send a sample so I can confirm parsing and scope. Scans or images needing OCR are excluded.
Do I get a macro or script in every package?
No. Basic and Standard deliver cleaned files. Premium adds a reusable VBA macro or Python script, agreed before ordering; later changes to it are a paid update.
Excel or Python?
Depends on what you run. Tell me your Excel version and system (Windows or Mac) or whether you can run Python, and I choose accordingly.
Can you match names that are spelled differently?
Yes, in Standard and Premium: a near-match list finds candidates like "ACME Sp. z o.o." and "Acme sp.z.o.o" for your approval. Basic uses the agreed exact-match rule. Uncertain matches are never merged without your approval.
Will you delete rows I need?
Your originals stay unchanged. Duplicates come in a separate sheet or file. Unresolved near matches go to a review list and stay out of the clean file until you approve them. The change log records the agreed rules and counts.
What do revisions cover?
Corrections within the agreed rules. New files, new matching logic or extra features are a new order.
What does "Items cleaned" in the package table mean?
Fiverr fixes this field at 100 / 10,000 / 10,000. Our limits are 10,000 / 50,000 / 500,000 rows and 20 cleaned columns (others carried over unchanged), counted after flattening, across all inputs. Nested arrays may expand into multiple rows. Send a sample so I can confirm scope.
Can I use the result in Google Sheets?
Yes, I deliver an Excel or CSV file you can import. Editing your Google Sheet or building automation in it is not included.
