He did not thoroughly explain. He claimed he could do what I asked and was money hungry and sent me the offer and then he waited to tell me that he could not do what I asked. Then he refused to give me a refund. I had to go through a lot with customer service for a refund.

So glad I asked for help! Sumanta is very knowledgeable and clear. I was following the wrong instruction describing my experience. He went over my application, explained the mistakes and suggested how to fix it - with specific examples. Two pages of notes, and I'm sure it saved me hours of scratching my head and looking for these online.
