I am a writer, avid listener, and professional transcriber for over six years. I typically provide clean or full verbatim transcripts (on request). This means a transcript without false starts, filler words, or repetitions (clean verbatim) or a word-for-word transcript (full verbatim). After each transcription, the transcript is proofread to ensure that punctuation, grammar, and spelling standards are accurately adhered to.

What format will my file be delivered in?
Your files will be delivered in Microsoft Word format ( .docx ), however, you can request for your transcripts in PDF, RTF, and TXT formats.

My files are too large, how do I send them to you?
Please, make use of any cloud storage system such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive etc. Upload the file, copy the file link and send it to me. You can paste the file link on our chat. Contact me if you need any help with this.
I have large volume of files to transcribe, is there any form of discount I can get to fit my budget for larger volumes?
