What audio format should I send for mixing?
Please export your tracks in WAV or AIFF format to preserve the best audio quality. Avoid compressed formats such as MP3 whenever possible.

Yes. All tracks should start at the same starting point of the song, even if the audio appears later in the arrangement. This ensures everything stays perfectly synchronized when imported into the session.
