What file formats will I receive?
You will receive your drawings in PDF, DWG (AutoCAD), and RVT (Revit) depending on your package. PDF is print and permit-ready. DWG and RVT are fully editable for your architect or contractor.
Will my floor plan be accepted for a city permit?
Standard and Premium packages produce permit-ready drawing sets with proper dimensions, annotations, and sheet layouts. Basic package drawings are presentation-quality — for full permit submission, the Standard or Premium tier is recommended.
What do you need from me to get started?
A sketch, PDF, image, or existing floor plan is enough to begin. If you have nothing yet, just describe your space, room count, dimensions, and intended use, and we will work from there.
